We offer virtual or in-person trauma-informed questionnaire-based Adult ADHD assessments using Hyperfocus, a secure online platform designed to support clarity, confidence, and meaningful next steps in your care.

Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a 50% fee.

What to Expect
- This process usually takes 6 - 8 hours of professional time, including a thorough review of your history forms, questionnaires, report writing, an interview, and a finalized report summary.
- Our hourly rate is $235, in alignment with the Psychologists’ Association of Alberta fee schedule.

The total cost of the assessment is $1,410 CAD, payable in two instalments:
- $705.00 at the time of booking
- $705.00 on the day of your interview

Assessment Process
Step 1 ~ Add Yourself to Our Waitlist
- You can click the link below to get on our waitlist and request an assessment.
- We will contact you when their next assessment spot opens up.
- We will create a Hyperfocus account for you.
- You will receive a link to activate your account.
- Once logged in, you’ll review and sign the Informed Consent form.
- After you sign the consent form in Hyperfocus, the first payment of $705.00 CAD is due.
- If you’d like us to direct bill your benefits provider, please email your insurance ID and Group Number. We can save it in your Jane App account, along with your appointments and receipts.
- Otherwise, you’re welcome to pay by credit card and submit your receipt for reimbursement.
- You’ll complete 7 detailed history forms at your own pace.
- Once reviewed, we’ll assign 10–14 standardized questionnaires based on your unique concerns.
- When your forms and questionnaires are complete, we’ll schedule your 90-minute interview (virtual with Melissa or in-person/virtual with Amélie).
- The final payment of $705.00 CAD is due on the day of your appointment.
- Please note: All forms and questionnaires must be completed at least one week before your interview.
After the Interview
- We’ll integrate notes from your interview and finalize a written summary with recommendations tailored to your needs.
Important Notes
- As registered psychologists, we do not prescribe medication. Based on your assessment results, together we will explore how you might discuss medication options with your family doctor.
- In line with the ethics of the College of Alberta Psychologists, we cannot offer ongoing counselling to clients we assess. We’ll spend time discussing options for beginning or continuing therapy with another counsellor if helpful.
