I’m a trauma-informed yoga teacher and Yoga Therapist practicum student dedicated to creating supportive, accessible spaces where people can reconnect with their bodies at their own pace. My approach blends gentle therapeutic movement, breathwork, and mindfulness with simple nervous system–based tools that encourage grounding, awareness, and ease.
I prioritize choice, consent, and comfort in every session, offering options and pacing that meet each person exactly where they are. As I move through my practicum, I’m expanding my skills through one-on-one sessions, small group work, research, and ongoing study. I’m especially passionate about supporting individuals navigating stress, chronic tension, or burnout in a way that feels safe, empowering, and sustainable. My intention is to hold space that invites steadiness, curiosity, and self-connection—while continuing to grow and evolve in my own therapeutic practice. |
