Kiwapamin is an Indigenous word meaning “I see you, I behold you,” and it reflects the heart of Nikki’s work: witnessing each person fully and holding space with compassion, presence, and respect. As an Indigenous Métis woman, her practice is deeply informed by relationality, interconnectedness, and the wisdom of lived experience. It’s about being seen, supported, and understood. With over 11 years of experience as a yoga facilitator, trauma-informed yoga facilitator, mindfulness meditation practitioner, yoga nidra practitioner, energy healer, and in practicum as a Yoga Therapist, Nikki guides clients in reconnecting with body, mind, heart, and spirit. A powerful intuitive, she is especially attuned to subtle energies and the nervous system, creating safe, empowering spaces where healing can emerge. Nikki integrates trauma-informed yoga therapy, yoga nidra, mindfulness, somatic awareness, and energy healing to support regulation, choice, and embodied safety. Her work centers connection and presence, recognizing that true healing arises within supportive, attuned relationships, with oneself, the body, community, and spirit. Nikki invites clients to embrace both the light and dark within themselves, honoring their unique wiring so life can fully reflect their authentic selves. She understands that a meaningful, brave life is an intricate, beautiful tangle of strength, joy, struggle, and story, and she supports each person in walking forward gently, grounded, and on purpose. Continuing to deepen her practice through ongoing study, mentorship, and inspiration from students, community, and nature, Nikki considers it a profound honor to witness and support each person’s healing journey. She looks forward to connecting with your courage, the compass guiding you home to your truest self. |
