A Greeting from Tara
Social Media & Marketing Mentor. Certified Yoga Teacher.
Hello I'm Tara, a new "behind the scenes" team member, supporting social media and marketing efforts on behalf of Canmore Counselling.
I was introduced to Dr. Melissa Jay through a mutual friend, and our journey together has been rooted in heart centred communication, embracing and owning expertise, and learning a valuable lesson that asking for help is a very brave acknowledgement.
I am so grateful for the opportunity to gently guide how Canmore Counselling shows up on social media, and how to use these tools to further grow and support our community. That being said, feedback is an invaluable tool for growth, so please feel free to send us a quick note so we can continue to share content that is meaningful, relevant, and hopefully inspiring.
And if you were going to say "more Lulu content" don't worry, we've got you covered!
Take care,
Tara

We are privileged to live on sacred lands and celebrate all of the Indigenous peoples, who live, work, play, and care for these lands.
