A Greeting from Alexandra
Coordinator of Canmore Counselling. Trauma-Informed Yoga Teacher.
Hello I am Alexandra Zúñiga.
I am thrilled to be a part of the Canmore Counselling team as the Coordinator for all things Canmore Counselling and Trauma-Informed Yoga Psychology School. Deeply interested in all things psychology, yoga, nature, helping others, I am dedicated to a life of learning. I have earned my Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology at McMaster University along with an undergraduate certificate in Applied Behavioural Analysis from Mohawk College. I am also a graduate from the first cohort of the Trauma-Informed Yoga Psychology School 200-hour teacher training. In addition to my work with Canmore Counselling, I offer support to children with developmental needs and their families, trauma-informed yoga instruction, and hope to pursue a Masters of Counselling degree in the future. It is an honour to be your first point of contact here and guide you in the right direction with your counselling or yoga-school needs. Looking forward to connecting with you, Alex (she/her) |
