A Greeting from Simmi Latulippe (she/her)
Ayurvedic Medical Practitioner & Nutritionist.

With four generations of Ayurvedic Doctors & Practitioners in my DNA, my grandfather taught me the power of meditation, mantras and yoga. The gift of sharing my inheritance with students and clients fills my heart and is my karma in this life. The art of silence, mindfulness, quieting the mind, and yoga were taught to me at an early age. While my friends were playing, I was led in walking meditations around my mother's rose garden.
I came back to my roots after a decade of working in the corporate world. Most recently I have been passionate about deepening my learning on the gut/brain axis. My great grandfather developed the first digestive formula, which was sold to a British pharmaceutical company. He knew the importance of a healthy gut for a healthy immune system which science now correlates with a healthy brain. Food is medicine. Learning to eat according to the seasons can enhance the gut microbiome and help focus the brain. If you are intrigued to learn more and enhance your vital energy, prana, chi, lifeforce, please schedule an introductory appointment with me to get started. I look forward to working with you towards enhancing your vital life energy. Warmly, Simmi |
